2. Driving Lessons & Services
All driving lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to instructor availability.
Lessons are available for automatic vehicles only unless otherwise stated.
The student must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence and present it on their first lesson.
Students must be physically and mentally fit to drive. Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
3. Payments and Cancellations
Payment for lessons can be made online, by bank transfer, or in cash (if pre-agreed).
Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide this notice will result in the lesson being charged in full.
Block bookings and discounted packages are non-refundable after the first lesson has been completed.
4. Pricing
All prices listed are in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect lessons already booked and paid.
5. Conduct
Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards instructors or staff will not be tolerated and may lead to termination of lessons without refund.
Students must follow the instructor’s safety instructions at all times.
6. Vehicle Use for Tests
Use of the driving school vehicle for practical tests is subject to instructor approval and availability.
The instructor reserves the right to refuse the use of the vehicle for a test if the student is deemed not test-ready.
7. Limitation of Liability
We will not be held responsible for any personal belongings lost during lessons.
While we take all reasonable steps to ensure safety, we accept no liability for accidents, injury, or damage resulting from negligence or misconduct during lessons.
